Dark Soul 2 is different from most action RPG games, at first glance its seem like most ordinary hack n slash video games, that you just slashing, mashing buttons ( make your gamepad easily to be damaged:-p) in Dark Souls 2 every sword you swing need to be well calculated, because you have to consider when the appropriate time to strike the enemy, and the position of your enemyis also affect your victory against enemies, and do not forget some of the enemies have weak points which you have to find out yourself, there are some enemy that has a very high damage so that you can die with just two or three blows, the developer claims that this game combines several types of phobias in it like phobia of heights, spiders, undead, etc..
